The island of Corsica is spread before you with the town of Boniface and the islets of Lavezzi and Cavallo, to the east the Sardinian islands of Spargi and Budelli. At your feet, a granite promontory in one of the most exclusive and spectacular areas of Sardinia. What was once only a series of paths and animal trails, Punta Falcone, has given its name to the site of the Residence.
A place that has been sculpted by the natural elements, the rustling winds, the constant movement of the sea. A habitat where sea, nature, art and history combine in one harmonious composition. Rooms

Each of the nine buildings of the Residence Punta Falcone is subdivided in five or six living units, each with an enchanted view of the sea.
Tha apartments have been conceived through a careful study of the distribution of the living spaces and are offered in the versions of one or two bedrooms.
All the apartments face the sea, are located on the ground floor and have a private entrance and garden.

The apartments include consumption (water, electricity, air conditioning, electric burners and microwave oven); bed linen, bath, kitchen, pool towel with weekly change; courtesy kit upon arrival (bath products, toilet paper, etc ...); weekly cleaning included kitchenette; sea ​​View; pool service with sun beds, reserved parking space.

The Superior apartments have the same characteristics as the Classic apartments, but with additional furnishings of greater value, and the larger garden area.
A 'Comfort' service package is included:
