Position

The Residence Palace pontedilegno is situated in a quiet position, surrounded by a lush pine forest of larch and fir trees, and is about 600 meters from the pretty center, reachable on foot or with the convenient shuttle service.

Rooms

The flats are spacious, bright and furnished in Art Nouveau style: they have a sleeping area with a double bed (or two separate bedrooms) and a living room with a sofa bed, and are equipped with TV, mini bar, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, ante-bathroom and bathroom, balcony.
Mono (2/3 persons): a living room with a double sofa bed + bed, equipped kitchenette,
bathroom with shower and WC.
Bilo (4 persons):
a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed / bunk bed, kitchenette, equipped, bathroom with shower.

More Informations

At check in a card will be required to guarantee your stay. Half board rates include: daily cleaning and change of towels every two days, internet connection, free wi-fi in public areas, buffet breakfast and dinner at Le pozze Restaurant (drinks not included). Compulsory surcharges to be paid on site: security deposit of € 100 in cash.Arrival from 16 to 19 hours - departure 10.00 am. Remarks: At check-in, a card will be requested to guarantee your stay, on which a pre-authorisation of €300 will be made, which will then be
then automatically released.
The flat will be available from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival. Any early check-in of the room will be arranged upon arrival, subject to availability. Check-out of the flat is at 10:00 am. Possible requests to extend this time can be arranged according to availability and with a supplement: Late check-out by 12.00 30€ - Late check-out by 15.00 50€.
Compulsory on-site expenses: final flat cleaning (excluding kitchenette and rubbish, to be paid by the client), € 50 for Mono and Bilo. If requested also cleaning of kitchenette and rubbish, Euro 80 for Mono and Bilo.
Extras on request against payment:
Use of communal washing machines and coin-operated dryers.
Pet friendly: Small pets on request 10€ per night to be paid locally (includes pet bed) service to be requested only at time of booking. The requested supplement guarantees Pet sanification. ( Max 10kg)
Private SPA Relaksasi wellness path with extra charge on site. Service only upon reservation. Outdoor panoramic whirlpool baths with extra charge on site.
Included in the price:
Water, electricity and gas consumption, Bed linen with weekly change and bathroom linen with midweek change, Wi-Fi throughout the property, Baby club for children up to 10 years old. Rates do not include any local city tax and resort fee that must be paid by the final customer on-site directly to the hotel.
