Rates include: energy consumption (electricity, air conditioning, water and gas), bed linen and towels, cleaning flat and weekly linen change, full set of crockery and kitchen linen supply. Compulsory extra charge: final cleaning of € 25.00 excluding cooking by the customer or with a supplement of € 25.00 to be added to the fare. Optional extras: cleaning and daily cleaning of € 20, € 10 change of bed linen, towels € 5 per person.
