Position

The Residence Solemaremma consists of 98 apartments. They are located on three levels, in the immediate vicinity of the main services, overlooking the park or the viewpoint where from the top you can enjoy the enchanting view of the sea and the Tuscan coast. Other apartments are inside buildings immersed in the green of the pine forest, both on the ground floor and on the first floor.

Rooms

Classic Apartments: these are 3-star category flats (NOT refurbished) furnished in a functional manner, with a small terrace or furnished patio, kitchenette with equipment and crockery, bathroom with bath or shower and hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning.
Comfort Apartments: offer accommodation in a 4-star residence formula with modern furniture and furnishings. They have a small terrace or furnished patio, kitchenette with kitchenware, bathroom with bathtub or shower and hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, WI-FI.

Restaurant

At guests' disposal: the two swimming pools dedicated to adults and children, the Restaurant-pizzeria where you can enjoy a simple and accurate Mediterranean cuisine, the Bar with large terrace overlooking the pool, the minimarket, the playground for the entertainment of children, free Wi-Fi available in many areas of the Residence. In addition, we have a reception area with lobby with large living room, reading room and TV, a safe deposit service (at the reception at fixed times), a laundry room with washing machines and parking inside (not guarded or guarded).

More Informations

Check in from 5.00 pm to 10.00 pm. Check out by 10.00 am. Remarks: In June we will guarantee the service residence with swimming pool, while as for the opening of services: bar, market, restaurants will depend
the actual number of apartments occupied.

The animation service at the moment could not be guaranteed according to the provisions on distance.
On the day of arrival the apartments are guaranteed from 5.00 pm, at departure must be released by 10.00 am. The price includes rental, VAT, energy consumption, air conditioning, bed and bath linen with weekly change, (no beach towels), final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette which is at the expense of the customer), 1 reserved parking space for apartment and technical-tourist assistance. Baby cot and high chair for children up to 3 years free, but to be reported when booking (available until exhausted).
Compulsory deposit refundable after re-checking Euro 100.00 to be deposited on arrival on site. Rates do not include any local city tax and resort fee that must be paid by the final customer on-site directly to the hotel.
