Position

The 20 August 2012 opened in the KLIMA MILANO HOTEL MILANO FAIRS, and the first new hotel in the city totally SUSTAINABLE. STRATEGICALLY positioned at the entrance of the 'AREA EXPO 2015 to 1.5 KM from FAIR RHO PERO, the hotel has direct access to the CENTER through stop RAILWAY Milano Certosa (500 mt), with the red line, placed at the entrance of the fair, and, from 2015, with the new metro line 4 which is scheduled to stop in front of the hotel.

Rooms

The KLIMA HOTEL MILANO FAIRS comprises a total of 115 rooms divided into twin rooms, double or triple. The rooms at the Hotel Milano Fairs Klima develop within a 15-storey tower that overlooks both to the fairgrounds and toward the center of Milan. All rooms are very spacious have a floor area of about 25 square meters and are equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay in the peace and relaxation. The rooms are equipped with a special system of soundproof glass with 4 layers to ensure maximum tranquility for our guests. All public areas and the rest of the floors are totally No Smoking.

Restaurant

The restaurant Klima is the location where you can enjoy and appreciate every day the delicious and rich breakfast buffet, on which hotel guests have already had the opportunity to express their positive opinion.

Klima Hotel Milano Fairs is equipped with all the amenities of a 4 star hotel and also offers its customers FREE WI-FI. The 400 parking spaces in silos and in the parking area complete the offer of services of the facility. In the parking lot outside of the hotel are also installed two electricity distributors for charging car and motorcycle Electrical. The lobby is very spacious and is decorated with great taste and refinement. Remarks: The SPA costs € 30.00 per couple for 1 hour.
