This message, engraved by Gian Lorenzo Bernini in 1655 on the Porta del Popolo (the ancient Porta Flaminia), welcomed travellers who came from the north when they entered into Rome. The boutique Hotel Anahi is located in Via Della Penna a few steps from the Tridente, the road complex that branches off from Piazza del Popolo along Via Di Ripetta, Via del Babuino and Via Del Corso (the main shopping and fashion streets); in one of the most characteristic districts of Rome's historic centre, where poets such as John Keates and Percy Bysshe Shelley, the writer Johann Wolfgang von Goethe and director Federico Fellini all lived.
