for a relaxing, contemporary stay. Riva Lofts Florence offers french-style studios, blending metropolitan lifestyle with a welcoming and domestic atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy a spacious sitting room with stone walls, cross vaults, bookcases and large fireplace, with a large picture window overlooking the private garden and the spectacular white sandstone pool.

We would like to take the chance to ask about the arrival time: please note that our reception is open from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm and our check in is from 3pm. Don’t worry if you think you’ll reach us after 8pm, let us know and we will send you a special procedure for an independent access; should on the contrary be an early arrival, please note that an early check in will be subject to availability - but we’ll be always happy provide storage for your luggage until check in and our living room and open garden will be available for you to relax.
Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out within 11 a.m. Remarks: The city tax is 4.80 euro per person per night and is separate from the Studio rate, to be settled at checkout also in case of prepaid reservations. For emergencies our staff is always reachable by phone. NO SHOW, ANTICIPATED DEPARTURE, ANY CHANGES TO THE RESERVATION AFTER CHECK IN: CHARGE OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE ENTIRE STAY. Third bed: 50€ per night. Pets allowed upon request if well-behaved, at 12€ per night. Rates do not include any local city tax and resort fee that must be paid by the final customer on-site directly to the hotel.
