The facility is equipped with domotic locks to offer customers a contact less check-in service.
The contact less service allows us to receive the identification data of the customer who checks in completely independently, receiving at the end of the registration process a code that will allow him/her to access the facility and his/her room.
To carry out this process, it is compulsory to get in touch with the facility by communicating an email address and direct telephone number of the customer, who will be sent by email both the link to check-in online and, once the documents have been checked, the opening code for the facility and room. Remarks: Following the covid-19 emergency, we provided our domotized lock facilities to offer customers a contact-less check-in service.
The contact-less service allows us to receive the recognition data of the client who makes the check-in in in complete autonomy, receiving at the end of the registration process a code that will allow him to access the hotel and his room.
To carry out this process it is mandatory to contact the structure by communicating an email address and direct telephone number of the customer, to which will be sent via email both the link to check-in online and, once checked documents, the opening code for structure and room. Rates do not include any local city tax and resort fee that must be paid by the final customer on-site directly to the hotel. Bedding preferences are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier availability.
