Prices include consumption (electricity, water and gas). Mandatory costs to be paid on site: bed linen and towels € 10,00, deposit of €200 and final cleaning of € 70 for studios, € 80 for two-rooms (excluding kitchenette). Check in from 16.00 to 19.00 (in case of arrivals after 19.00 please inform the property, check in after hours may have a surcharge to be paid on site). Remarks: Prices include consumption (electricity, water and gas). Compulsory costs to be paid on site: bed linen and towels € 10,00, deposit € 200 and final cleaning € 70 for one-room apartments, € 80 for two-room apartments (kitchenette excluded).
