Restaurant

Our Traditional Restaurant Principi di Piemonte is at the service of customers who choose half board. Here you can start your day with a rich buffet breakfast, served from 7.30 a.m. until 10.00 a.m., prepared by our kitchen selecting fresh and seasonal products, both sweet and savoury. A Chef is at your disposal to prepare eggs and crepes at the moment, to be accompanied by an orange juice and an espresso or cappuccino coffee. Dinner, served at 7.00 p.m. or 9.30 p.m., includes a rich buffet of appetizers, an a la carte menu with 4 first courses and 4 second courses, and a buffet of desserts and fruit. The passion for our territory leads the Chef to creatively enhance the raw materials chosen to create the typical dishes of the Alpine tradition.
