On the east coast of Sardinia, just a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Ogliastra and the port of Arbatax, the Residence Borgo degli Ulivi is the ideal starting point for exploring one of the most fascinating places on the island. With its flats, arranged in a semicircle around the swimming pool and the main building, which houses the bar and reception, it offers various housing solutions: Two-room or Three-room apartments, from 2 to 6 beds.

On request you can enjoy a sweet and savoury buffet breakfast with cold meats, baked goods, fruit juices and cheeses, served at the bar or on the furnished patio next to the swimming pool.

More Informations

Check-in is from 17.00 to 21.30. We will however be happy to welcome you at any time.
Arrivals after 9.30 p.m. must be promptly communicated and agreed with the Management.
For arrivals after midnight, an additional fee of 50.00 Euro will be charged.

Check-In: from 1 May to 30 September, every day, from 08.00 to 21.30.

from 1 October to 31 October, daily, from 08.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.

from 1 November to 30 April, from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 19.00. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays closed. Remarks: A deposit of Euro 300.00 is required upon arrival at the hotel.For arrivals after midnight, there is an extra charge of Euro 50.00.Beach towels and bicycles are available for hire on site.
Rates do not include any local city tax and resort fee that must be paid by the final customer on-site directly to the hotel.
