The recently refurbished Hotel dei Priori is located in the historic center of Assisi, just 20 meters from the main Piazza del Comune and 50 meters from the Basilica of Santa Chiara.

It has 34 rooms. It offers a unique atmosphere thanks to the use of period furnishings and frescoed ceilings.

"Gli Archi" Restaurant
The restaurant "Gli Archi", able to accommodate over 100 guests in two rooms, offers a careful cuisine both in the proposals of traditional Umbrian and international recipes.
Every morning a refined and wide-ranging Grand Buffet Breakfast is set up that offers wide assortments of homemade desserts, cold meats, fruit, cereals, yogurt, juices, eggs, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea, infusions, milk, etc ...

Hostaria Tradition to rediscover the taste and history of traditional flavors.
Small and welcoming environment with atmosphere and setting of the historic taverns of the country, offers sales and tastings of exclusively local and natural products (we also have a selection of organic products).
The wine list also enhances local labels known or to be discovered.
The menu presents dishes that belong to our culinary history, such as the simple Norcia lentil soup with crostini, the cicerchia or rovella soup and much more, ... we leave to you the taste of "re" discover them.
