Podere Brizio focuses on sustainable agriculture: no chemical additives are used in the vineyards. At the Foresteria Restaurant on request, booking at least the day before you can have dinner. The 3-course dinner is made with typical dishes of local and peasant cuisine, while at midday the restaurant is closed.
