The apartments are composed of luxuriously furnished bathroom and a practical kitchen, provided with spacious work desks, comfortable seating, sofa and views over the city center.

Remarks: For the protection and health of our Guests and employees, Hotel Commercianti has adopted various routines
and procedures regarding the sanification and security of rooms and public areas like safe distancing
measures for the security of our guests and Staff.
Here the procedures adopted:
Fast check-in and checkout: We kindly ask you to communicate your identification document and billing
information prior to your arrival in order to make check-in and checkout as quickly as possible.
Buffet Breakfast: It will be the same delicious buffet breakfast served by our staff or, if you prefer, you
can enjoy it for free directly in your room with an “à la carte” menu.
All other services remain unchanged and always with our desire to welcome you!
Elevator and bicycles: You can use the elevator which will be sanitized regularly as well as the
bicycles sanitized after each use.
Room Cleaning: Staff on floors uses disinfectant to clean all surfaces in the rooms.
This eliminates up to 99.9% of bacteria and virus. (Medical Surgical Unit. Ministry of Health registration
No. 19951).
A high temperature steam cleaner provides sterilization using HPMED which sanitize surfaces and fabrics.
Air conditioning filters and vents are disinfected using Zep's DK SAN RTU product to sanitize the fan coil
units in the rooms is P.M.C. (medical surgical device) based on quaternary ammonium salts (registered at no.
18340 at the Ministry of Health.
Ozone sanitization: In addition to the room cleaning protocol, our hotel is equipped with an ozone generator
designed and built for professional use.
This device is used to sanitize rooms and common areas which also purifies, oxygenates and regenerates the
air we breathe. It eliminates over 99.00% of bacteria, , pollens, mites and inactivates viruses.
This device is effective because, being a gas, it penetrates deeply and reaches even the most hidden points,
without damaging people, animals or the environment.
Dispenser with hand sanitizers: You will find dispensers with antibacterial liquid placed at the hotel
entrance and on all floors.
Plexiglass protection: At Reception we have plexiglass protection screens to maintain social distancing
for your security as well as our employees. These barriers are essential so that we can still be together
without fear.
Infrared thermometer and personal protective equipment: Every morning we measure body temperature
of all our staff and we are equipped with masks and gloves certified according to health authority. Rates do not include any local city tax and resort fee that must be paid by the final customer on-site directly to the hotel.
